Celiac Disease is a chronic, inflammatory disease in the small intestine that is caused by the ingestion of gluten. When a person is allergic or highly sensitive to gluten containing foods/products (a protein product found in wheat, barley, rye, and triticale (and sometimes oats), they exhibit a variety of symptoms.
Owner Jade has had celiac disease for years and, thus, is extra cautious with all gluten-sensitive entrees. Please notify your server if you have an allergy!
